Take part in the understanding Your Health and Wellbeing Survey

Fill in the understanding Your Health and Wellbeing Survey

Hello,

On behalf of Impact on Urban Health and Lambeth Council, Opinium would like to invite you to take part in research for the largest ever survey in Lambeth on health and well-being.

Where you are born, grow up, live and work can have a big impact on health. We want to learn more about you, your health, your home, and your environment, to better understand your needs, and the needs of your community. This is so that more can be done to improve the wellbeing of everyone living in Lambeth.

Taking part in this survey will help to build an up-to-date picture of the health and wellbeing of residents like you. The results will be used by Lambeth Council to shape long term plans across both boroughs. It should take around 15 minutes to complete and is open until the 15 September.

The survey is also being carried out in neighbouring borough Southwark.

                                                                    Take the survey

Anonymous and confidential

If you would like to take part, take the survey now. It is completely anonymous and non-attributable. This means that your name is not included, and no person will be able to be identified individually in the analysis or in any research report. Answers will be reported at an aggregated level (i.e., responses will not be reported at an individual level).

No personally identifiable information will be shared with anyone outside the research team and nobody in Lambeth Council will know if you have taken part or not.

This survey by Impact on Urban Health is being run by Opinium, with questions developed by members of the local community with ClearView Research.
