Streatham Transport Public Meeting
Immediately following our AGM, we will hold a public meeting on transport in Streatham. We have confirmation of attendance on our panel from representatives from Southern Rail, Network Rail and TfL, Chuka Umunna, MP, Caroline Pidgeon, AM (Chair of the GLA transport committee), Cllr Jennifer Brathwaite (Lambeth Council Cabinet member for Transport) and Simon Phillips (Lambeth Council's transport manager).
The latter should be in a position to update the public meeting on a transport report that Lambeth Council recently commissioned a firm of transport consultants to produce, utilising TfL-supplied entry and exit data at local stations. Neil Salt, chair of Streatham Action's Transport Committee, will chair the meeting on behalf of Streatham Action. If you haven't already, sign our petition and then come find out how we can bring Crossrail 2 here!
