Respect Rydal Road as a Conservation Area

The owner of a property in Rydal road has submitted plans to demolish the existing dwelling and erect a new three storey (plus basement) building to provide 5 self contained flats with provision for only 1 off street parking space. This proposal, if approved, is detrimental to the Streatham Park Garrard Road Conservation and residential area.

Concerned residents who wish to review the plans can do so at the Brixton Tate Library, Town Planning Advice Centre or online. Petitions to the council to reject these plans will need to be submitted before 20th October 2010. Please voice your objection to these plans and help to maintain the area as a peaceful place to live.

If accessing via the website, the link is:

http://planning.lambeth.gov.uk/publicaccess/tdc/DcApplication/application_comments_entryform.aspx?caseno=L60GFKBO0HX00

The application case reference: 10/02508/ful

If you are on email please register your interest by emailing the support group.
