Streatham Action are gathering evidence to support our cause to bring a Crossrail 2 Station to Streatham. You can help with this by filling out our short commuter survey! We need to present evidence of the various factors present in the area that are used to decide where stations are best suited for placement. To do this you can help us by telling us about your commute - starting point, destinations, mode of travel, journey times, etc.
You'll already know about our campaign to bring Crossrail 2 to Streatham. Our stations are over capacity, our population is growing and we're not on any government programme at all to upgrade our local transport to to be fit for the future. The government has funded Crossrail 2 for the next stage and getting onto the route is the best way for Streatham to get to work and play in coming years.

Following 50% cuts to parks budgets, Lambeth Council is closing Streatham Common’s very popular Paddling Pool. Thanks though to funding from The John Horseman Trust, if we raise a further £7,000 locally, the Streatham Common Co-operative can take over management of the Paddling Pool and open it as usual this Summer.
