Steve and the hats will be playing again this year in the Rookery gardens between 3pm and 6pm. Their music is acoustic country and blues. The event is free though donations to the band are much appreciated.

This year's Streatham Festival has a theme of Celebrating Streatham. The festival aims to explore every aspect of life in our local community. From it's green spaces to hidden buildings, local artists, theatre, comedy, music and events put on by the young and old the festival plans to revel in great diversity that exists in Streatham.

Following 50% cuts to parks budgets, Lambeth Council is closing Streatham Common’s very popular Paddling Pool. Thanks though to funding from The John Horseman Trust, if we raise a further £7,000 locally, the Streatham Common Co-operative can take over management of the Paddling Pool and open it as usual this Summer.
